Checking out 3181 Eglinton Ave E for my downtown job commute

Hey folks, I'm looking at 3181 Eglinton Ave E for my new place and need to know about the TTC routes nearby. I work downtown and want to make sure I can easily hop on a bus or streetcar to get to Union Station. Any insights on walkability and bike lanes around here would be super helpful!
