How much do movers charge toronto for a small condo in north york

I'm moving out of my parents' place into a small condo in North York and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've read that moving companies can charge anywhere from $300 to $800 for a local move. Should I just move my stuff myself to save cash, or is it worth hiring a crew even if I'm tight on budget?
