How much do toronto movers cost for a downtown 1 bedroom apartment

I'm moving out of my condo in King West soon and getting quotes from movers. I've seen prices as low as $300 and as high as $800 for a 1-bedroom. Anyone else moved in this area recently? What’s a fair price, and did you use their packing service or do it yourself?
