How much should i budget for movers toronto condo move costs

I’m moving from a 1-bedroom condo near Yonge and Sheppard next month and just got quotes that vary by over $500! Have any of you dealt with surprise charges? I'm also wondering about junk removal costs, as I plan to leave some things behind. Any tips to avoid getting scammed would be super helpful!
