How much do movers cost toronto for a 1 bedroom apartment

I just got quotes from three moving companies in Toronto for my 1-bedroom in Scarborough, and they varied by over $500! I’m trying to figure out if the higher rates are worth it or if I should just rent a truck and do it myself. Any advice on what to expect for hourly rates in 2024?
