Looking into 747 St Clair Ave W for easy commutes to downtown

I’m thinking about moving to 747 St Clair Ave W and need to know how convenient it is for a quick ride downtown. What’s the subway and streetcar access like around there? Any bike lanes for those days I might want to cycle? Thanks for any insights on this transit scene!
