How much do movers in toronto cost for a small one-bedroom apartment

I'm moving from a cozy 1960s walk-up in Scarborough to a new place downtown and need to know prices. I saw rates around $800 for a one-bedroom but I'm worried if that includes everything. Plus, a friend told me to expect hidden fees. Anyone have recent experiences?
