How much should i tip movers in toronto for a small studio move

I'm moving out of my tiny studio at Yonge and Sheppard soon and will only need one truckload. I'm unsure about the tipping culture here—what’s considered normal for a 2-3 hour job? Any recommendations on affordable movers would also be appreciated since I'm on a budget.
