Searching for 2BR under $2500 in Toronto - Need Advice!

I'm on the hunt for a 2 bedroom apartment under $2500 in Toronto. Is this even realistic? I've stumbled across some questionable lease clauses and odd requests from landlords. Also, where are the best neighborhoods to find decent 2 beds for this price? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
