Need tips for a small move in Toronto - not sure about movers!

I'm downsizing from my house to a condo and only have about 10 boxes and a bed to move. Is it worth hiring a big moving company for such a tiny move, or should I look for small movers in Toronto? Anyone know a good two-man crew that specializes in small moves downtown?
