Parking costs in Toronto - how much to expect?

Hi everyone! I'm planning to rent a one-bedroom in Leslieville and I'm wondering how much I should expect to pay for parking. I know parking can vary a lot by neighborhood, but I've heard it can add around $150 to $300 a month to your rent. Is that accurate? Would love to hear your experiences!
