Is 2980 Don Mills Rd W a good spot for a recent grad starting out?

I just discovered 2980 Don Mills Rd W and love the look of the building! Can anyone share what the area is like in terms of local groceries and restaurants? Also, how's the transit situation for getting to downtown for work? Trying to gauge if it fits my budget and lifestyle.
