Why do moving quotes in toronto vary by 400 dollars or more

I just got three quotes from different movers for my 1-bedroom in Junction Triangle, and they range from $800 to $1,200! How do I make sense of these price differences? Is it common here, or should I be concerned about hidden costs? Need to move next week!
