How much do movers cost for a tiny studio in leslieville toronto

I'm moving from a small studio in Leslieville and have less than a truckload of stuff. I've been quoted anywhere from $300 to $600 for moving costs. Is it worth it to hire movers for such a small load, or should I just rent a van and do it myself to save money?
