Strolling around 34 dixington cres and noticed some local cafes nearby

I’m checking out 34 Dixington Cres and it looks interesting! Are there any good coffee shops or restaurants within walking distance? Also, how easy is it to catch the TTC from there? I’m still getting the hang of transit in Toronto.
