Looking into living at 730 Dovercourt Rd for easy downtown access

Hi everyone, I'm considering moving to 730 Dovercourt Rd and need to know about the TTC options for getting downtown quickly. How long does it usually take to reach Union Station from there? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby for cycling during rush hour?
