Toronto moving tips for students when should i book movers

I'm a student moving from Calgary to East York on a tight schedule. My lease ends on the 30th, but when should I book movers? I've heard that some companies don’t show up, and I’m worried about getting it sorted in time. Any advice on timing would be super helpful!
