How much do movers cost toronto for a 1 bedroom near queen west

I'm planning to move from a one-bedroom in Queen West to a smaller unit in Parkdale. I've been quoted between $100-$200/hour, but I have no clue if that's fair. How can I avoid getting ripped off by movers, and what should I expect to pay for a crew on a Saturday in November?
