Living near 20 Carluke Cres and commuting downtown on TTC

I’m looking at 20 Carluke Cres and trying to figure out how easy it is to get downtown. How close are the bus stops and subway stations? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby? I’d love to hear about any tips for an easy transit route from here.
