Checking out 111 oriole Pkwy and curious about transit options

Thinking about 111 Oriole Pkwy because it seems so close to subway stops and bus routes. I love being able to walk to cafes and parks—are there a lot of local spots nearby? Also, what's it like on weekends around that area with foot traffic and community feel?
