How much does parking add to rent in downtown Toronto?

I’m moving to downtown Toronto and considering a rental in the Financial District. I have a car and need parking, but I'm unsure how much that will add to my monthly rent. Any insights on typical costs for parking spots in that area? Also, is $2500 for a one-bedroom reasonable? Thanks!
