How much do movers charge toronto for a downtown to suburbs move

I'm planning a move from my studio near Spadina and College to a bigger place in the suburbs. I'm getting quotes from a few movers, but I'm worried about the hidden costs. Anyone recently moved out of downtown? How much is reasonable to expect for this type of move?
