Is moving to Mississauga really worth it?

I'm really conflicted about leaving Toronto for Mississauga. The potential savings are enticing, but is the move justified? What are the pros and cons? My landlord is asking for a hefty deposit, which adds to my uncertainty. Should I make this move or stay put in TO?
