Is 200 Madison Ave good for getting to downtown and transit connections

Hey! I'm looking at 200 Madison Ave for its proximity to downtown. Can anyone share insights on the TTC routes nearby? I’m keen on bike lanes too. How quick is it to hop on the subway and get to places like Union Station or U of T? Any tips on walkability in the area would be great!
