Concern Over Special Assessment Impact on Renters

I’m really worried about this special assessment affecting our condo. Do renters end up paying for these extra costs? I've heard that condo fees might go up, which could lead to a rent increase because of it. Should I be thinking about leaving due to all these potential extra expenses?
