How much do movers cost for a 2 bedroom in little italy toronto

I'm moving my 2-bedroom walkup in Little Italy next month and just got some quotes from different movers. They’re ranging from $800 to over $1,200! Is that normal? I’m worried about my expensive furniture getting damaged in the rush if I choose the cheaper option. Any advice on what to look for?
