Thinking about 1598 Bathurst St for my downtown commute

I'm considering 1598 Bathurst St for my new job downtown. How's the walk to the subway and streetcar? I'm commuting to Bay Street daily, so fast access to Union Station is a must. Would love to hear about bike lanes too, if that's an option!
