Looking into 1605 jane st for easy access to transit and downtown

I'm moving to Toronto and considering 1605 Jane St. How's the TTC around there for getting to downtown? Is it a quick walk to any subway or streetcar routes? I bike too, so are there bike lanes nearby for commuting? Would love any tips on living car-free!
