Hey everyone, I'm on the hunt for cheap apartments in Mississauga and trying to find budget-friendly areas. I've come across some unusual lease clauses and a landlord who wants a large deposit. Is this standard? Anyone have tips on finding good value apartments without weird requests? Any advice?
