Help me decide: Downtown studio vs East York 1BR - need your thoughts!

I'm torn between a $2100 downtown studio with limited space and a $2200 1BR in East York that’s more spacious. Downtown has vibrant nightlife, but East York is quieter and might be better for a work-from-home lifestyle. Commute to my new job is about equal for both. I need some guidance!
