605 Finch Ave W seems interesting, but what’s on the corner there?

I’m checking out 605 Finch Ave W and I noticed there’s a convenience store right at the end of the block. How walkable is it around there for groceries and local spots? Also, what’s the transit like for getting into downtown? Any cool cafes nearby?
