Average cost to hire movers toronto for 2 bedroom townhouse move

I'm moving from my townhouse in Etobicoke, and I've been quoted between $800 to $1,200 for a 2-bedroom move. I also found one mover cancelled 48 hours before the move. Can anyone share their experiences and what costs I should really expect beyond that quote?
