Thinking about 103 Avenue Rd for easy subway access in toronto

I've been looking at 103 Avenue Rd for my new place. How's the subway access for daily trips downtown? I need something transit-friendly with good walkability to catch the subway or streetcar, especially during peak hours. Any tips on bike lanes in the area would be great too!
