Small Move Dilemma: Movers or DIY?

I’m just moving a studio apartment in downtown Toronto and have like 10 boxes and a bed. Do I really need to hire a big moving company for this? Anyone have suggestions for small movers Toronto or a two-man crew for small moves? Would love to hear your thoughts!
