Looking into 2328 Islington Ave for easy TTC access to downtown

I’m considering a place at 2328 Islington Ave and wondering about transit options. How easy is it to catch a subway or streetcar from there for a quick trip downtown? Also, are there bike lanes in the area for those days I want to cycle instead? Any tips on the walking distance would be great!
