Considering 34 heydon park rd for my ttc commute to downtown

I’m looking at 34 Heydon Park Rd and wonder how the transit situation is for commuting to downtown. How easy is it to catch the streetcar or bus nearby? Also, how’s the bike lane access for getting around? Any tips for a low-income transit user would be super helpful!
