Thinking about 3311 bathurst st for my daily commute to downtown

I'm eyeing 3311 Bathurst St and wondering how easy it is to get to downtown via TTC. What's the subway or streetcar access like? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby? Any insights on times during rush hour would be super helpful!
