Need advice on Liberty Village condos vs. apartments?

I'm planning to move to Toronto and can't decide whether to rent a condo or an apartment in Liberty Village. I found a one-bedroom condo for $2400 and a one-bedroom in an apartment building for $2100. Is the price difference worth it? Any insights on living in the area? Thanks!
