Is moving to Mississauga a smart choice?

I've been torn about whether leaving Toronto for Mississauga is the right move. The potential savings are appealing, but are the pros of a quieter lifestyle worth it? With current vacancy rates, is it a renter's or landlord's market? Should I make the leap or stay put?
