Trying to learn more about 100 Gamble Ave before making a move

I’m really drawn to 100 Gamble Ave and love the look of the building. I’d love to hear from anyone about the nearby transit options, like how close the TTC is, and if there are any great local spots for groceries or eating out. What’s the neighborhood’s character like?
