Landlords are insane! Rent just keeps climbing!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Landlords want $2800 for a bachelor?! A $400 increase in one year? You have to be kidding me! I'm sick of bidding wars and viewing 15 places only to find they've all been taken within hours. This market is impossible!
