Curious about community at 12 Anglesey Blvd before committing

I really like the look of 12 Anglesey Blvd and the nearby parks, but I'm keen to hear about the local scene. How's public transit here? Are there good grocery stores or restaurants close by? Just trying to get a feel for the neighborhood character from actual residents!
