2 Greentree Crt seems like a hidden gem for transit lovers

I'm curious about 2 Greentree Crt because it looks super close to the TTC, which is a must for me. I also read there's a park nearby, but I'm wondering what else is in walking distance? Local cafes or grocery options would be a bonus!
