Concern about Privacy Rights in Toronto Rentals

I'm really worried about my privacy as an international student renting in Toronto. I’ve heard that landlords need to give 24-hour notice before entering, but I'm unsure of how to enforce this right. What should I do if they enter without notice? I just want to feel safe in my space.
