How much to tip movers in toronto for a 1 bedroom apartment

I’m moving into a one-bedroom in Bloor West Village and I’m unsure about tipping movers. Is $20 per person a reasonable amount, or should it be more? Also, how do I handle the hydro and gas transfer since I'm coming from another province soon? Any advice would help!
