How much notice to give landlord moving from toronto condo in winter

I'm planning to move from my new build condo near Yonge and Eglinton, but I'm not sure how much notice I need to give my landlord. With winter weather and icy walkways, I'm stressed about getting movers booked in time. What’s the standard notice period around here for a winter move?
