How much do parking costs add to rent in downtown toronto

I'm moving from Brampton to a small 1-bedroom in the downtown core and I'm worried about unexpected costs. I found a nice place for $2,200, but I hear parking can add another $300 to $400 a month. How much have you all seen parking fees add to your rent in Toronto?
