Easy transit access from 2177 Avenue Rd for work in downtown?

I'm thinking about moving to 2177 Avenue Rd and want to know how convenient it is for getting to downtown. What's the subway or streetcar access like? Also, are there good bike lanes for those days I want to cycle in? Any tips on commute times would be awesome!
