Toronto moving companies price quotes vary by 400 why so much

I got estimates from three different moving companies and they're all over the place—one quote is $800, while another is $1,200 for a one-bedroom apartment in Mississauga moving to downtown Toronto. Can anyone explain why the prices differ so much? Is it just based on their availability or what?
