Is 110 Tyndall Ave good for getting to downtown hospitals by transit?

Thinking about moving to 110 Tyndall Ave but want to know how easy it is to reach downtown hospitals on the TTC. How's the streetcar or bus frequency like during peak hours? Also, any bike lanes on the route? I'm keen on finding a spot that supports a car-free lifestyle!
